     Michael Graber was born on 16 February 1824 in Bottenwil, Aargau, Switzerland.¹ He was the son of Melchior Graber and Anna Elizabeth Diriwächter. He married, at age 24, Elizabeth Baumann, age 21, daughter of Samuel Baumann and Verena Lienhard, on 2 February 1849 in Bottenwil, Aargau.¹ He died on 26 October 1890 in Bottenwil, Aargau, at age 66.¹
     

     Michael (Melchior) Graber was born in Bottenwil, District of Zofingen, Canton of Aargau, Switzerland in 1824.
In February of 1849 Michael married Elizabeth Baumann and over the next 23 years they bore eleven children. The first two, Henirich and Jacob died within a week of each other in January of 1852. Their next child, Samuel, named for Elizabeth's father, was born in 1853 and their last, Jacob, was born in 1872.
     Michael and Elizabeth died in 1890 and 1892 respectively. Beside their first two children, they also outlived their daughter Elizabeth who died at 4 months in 1859 and a second daughter Elizabeth who died at age 28 in 1890.
     At least two of their children emigrated to America. Samuel, with his wife and four children, in 1883, and Verena, 23 years later in 1906.

     Richard Bronson died in 1687 in Farmington, Hartford Co., Conn..
